Darren responded very quickly to my request, came the next day and did the job there and then for a good price. We await the next heavy rain to really put the gutter to the test!

It was a bit tricky to arrange a time, but once we'd sorted that out Darren and Barry did the job (cutting a new loft hatch and installing a ladder) in a morning and it all seems pretty sturdy.
