Sean was Polite friendly and punctual. Quality of workmanship of a high standard. Was very clean and tidy would not have a problem recommending this company and am very satisfied with repair.

David was brilliant, from the initial contact to arrange a quote to job completion. We were looking for someone to install pipework for a new bathroom upstairs. After a number of plumbers recommending a saniflow, he turned up and said he could install new pipework without the need for a saniflow. He turned up when he said he would and carried out the work with his team efficiently and with no problems. He gave us tips for us to install the rest of the bathroom ourselves, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, particularly not negative ones, but I feel strongly that you should be warned. Mr Mccaig sent two of his employees to fit two of our radiators and fix our leaking toilet pipe. They spent about 8 hours trying to complete these tasks. Unfortunately I cannot attach pictures to show the poor quality of the work. When confronted the employees contacted Mr Mccaig who came to review the work. His attitude was poor and aggressive. We raised to his attention the fact that the toilet was not attached. He again made excuses about this. He suggested coming back the next day to fix the problems with the radiators. After leaving we noticed more and more mistakes- and decided we would be better finding someone else to complete the work. Today we have found that Mr Mccaig or one of his employees deliberately damaged the toilet waste pipe (by what appears to be piercing it with a screwdriver)- I suppose in spite. Please do not make the same mistake as us in hiring this man.
