    Couple of wee jobs if you're interested?

    Hired David to fit an awkward sized door and to rehang sliding mirrored doors. He was reliable, punctual and work was carried out to a good standard. Would contact him again if I needed other jobs completed.

    under stair conversion

    I had the under stairs opened up and converted into more space for hall. Both the guys were absolutely great, they were punctual, friendly, tidied up after themselves and also did a great job - I'm really happy with the results, would definitely recommend.

    Repainting of exterior windows (2nd floor flat)

    Hired DJ Property Trades to repaint our windows. We were pleased with their prompt response and commitment to schedule. Pleasant to deal with and work completed satisfactorily and with minimum fuss. Would recommend and would use again.

    Ceiling repair and hall redecorating
    As a landlord, we were kept up to date with progress. Tenant was more than happy with the minimal disruption caused. We were quoted a price and he came across other small things which needed fixing whilst doing what we had asked and absorbed the costs of this into original price. This was our first dealing with David but he has since done other jobs for us. Highly recommended.

    External Woodwork painting
    We were very pleased with David and his team. His work was of excellent quality and carried out quickly and extremely neatly. They were very reasonably priced and a real pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend their services.

    Extend a patio
    David and his employes are professional, approachable and friendly. Our patio was completed to very high standard and we are delighted with the finished job. We would have no hesitation in using his firm again or recommending them. Two very satisfied and happy customers. Thank you so much.

    Spalling Brickwork
    More than happy to recommend D & J Property Trades, job was to replace around 10 low level bricks on an end terrace house due to spalling. This was completed quickly at a good price and everything tidied up before left, David is very knowledgeable and is happy to give his advice both on options to save money and to prevent problems in the future which is rare to come across now a days.

    Fence needs repaired
    Very prompt service, excellent. Communication. Really pleased with the finished job, have asked for quotes for more jobs. Highly recommended
