Main Toilet stripped & new walls fitted bath, toilet, sink, shower, shower screen and flooring bath panels. Spotlights new light switch. Cloakroom new toilet, sink & vanity unit. Great service from David & Ian they arrived at the time they arranged and kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Left them a key for them to come & go as they needed and came home every night to a very tidy house. Service was 110 per cent and for that reason I have recommend David's company to my family & friends & have asked David to do further work. David also had to climb under floors to move pipes. Thanks guy for your excellence service and for giving me a beautiful bathroom and transforming it.

David's quote was very reasonable, and the standard of his work is very high. The job he done for me, well all I can say is I am very pleased with the end result and would phone him again for another of household jobs that needed doing in the future. Cheers David 😀

David completed our loft conversion today and has done an excellent job. It can be difficult to find a trustworthy tradesman who takes pride in his work but David is definitely one of them. He was easy to deal with, gave great advice with any adjustments to the original job you requested and nothing was ever too much trouble. His work was excellent along with his time keeping and he left the place tidy too!! Will definitely use his services again.

Dave did a great job painting the external paintwork of our house, including a new colour for the garage door. He provided a bundle of colour swatches to help us choose the colour and let us know he would come as soon as there were two dry days in the forecast. As soon as the weather improved, the job was done and he came back in the evening to check we were happy with the work. For us it was a positive that he has a credit card machine, which makes payment easy. He communicated well with us throughout the job and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have no hesitation in giving David and his co-worker Ian my highest recommendation. From the initial visit to appraise the job submit a quote, to the end of the job this afternoon, I was very happy with DJ Property Trades. Communication was open at all times - David is very approachable and happy to answer any questions in a way that a non-builder can understand. They were always on time. They were diligent about cleaning up mess. This was a very messy job with some inevitable upheaval and they left my house as clean and mess-free as possible. I felt confident that David knew exactly what he was doing - I had no worries during the job and felt that our attic was in capable hands. To summarise, David and Ian have done a great job, and we're really happy with the end result.

Excellent job from start to finish

DAVID (and helper) arrived when they said they would and immediately started into the job . They were extremely informative throughout the work being carried out and continually checked with us if it was being done to our expectations and satisfaction . At night before they left they made sure that the place was clean which was not a problem as they cleaned up as they worked throughout the day . On completion of the job they left the house as they had found it and the bathroom was completely transformed to our satisfaction , they did a fantastic job . I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing work done , they are very friendly and professional . I will be using them for any work needing done in the future . DOUGIE R.

Great job done. Davie turned up on time, was very knowledgeable and professional in dealing with the jobs I requested him to do. The area was thoroughly cleaned after each of the two days he was here. His price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate in recommending Davie.
