After posting my Job and shortlisting a couple of well reviewed people, I asked Tony of Discount Boilers to help solve my problem ASAP as we had no gas to the property, and it was COLD.
He came out to see us the very next day,(Which was Sunday) at 5 p.m.
Sunday arrived, and at 5 P.M SHARP, Tony arrived and assessed my old boiler, deemed it safe to use, and reinstated our Gas supply at once.
As I have had my existing boiler for 15 years, and yearly required work doing on it in the winter, I asked for a quote to replace it with a new, smaller, modern Boiler.
He gave me a very competitive quote for a Worcester Greenstar Boiler, and wireless Thermostat, and was extremely personable, likeable, with a no nonesense, get things done way about him.
I accepted his quote on the spot, and agreed to installation the following Saturday, the 10th of October.
We shook hands (in the new weird way in which we "Shake Hands" and he left, refusing any payment for his Sunday outing to immediately solve my problem and including it in the price of my new boiler installation.
World class customer service right there.
The installation on the 10th was scheduled for 9 a.m on Saturday morning, and once again, at 9A.M SHARP, Tony arrived, greeted me with a smile, ready to work.
I made him a Mug of Tea, and a Bacon sarnie, and off he went.
Amzing install, clean, tidy professional, and removed all old stuff, left the house tidier than when he arrived.
