Paid Tony to install new combi boiler and move pipework as I was having an extension built He removed old boiler system and installed new Worcester He told me to keep the pipework till the builders came so he wouldn't make a mess of the ceiling walls etc He told me to call him when work was underway I had to wait a few months before the builders started the extension I tried texting calling emailing he just ignored everything I've put a complaint in via my builder they told me to msg him through the app But as expected no reply ! I'm owed money he has taken from me for not finishing the job He also did a job for my parents and let them down multiple times and they are very old and needed someone reliable He tells you he is coming on a specific date to do the work but does not turn up Several times Stay well clear

new boiler installed, small leak noted the next day and was then fixed. More than happy with the work done.

What can I say. Total gentleman. With out question and true to his word. Free call out to assess the job. Instead of getting the part from plumbing shop. E bay halving the price. Am taking his number to work as and when my friends need it. On the calendar now Tony back end of September for a service. Again 5 star's to this man 👍
