Nelson replied promptly to our job when it was posted along with 2 others. He was first to quote, not the cheapest but we were impressed with his knowledge, polite manner & the fact the job could be completed within a few weeks. He explained the process & the other members of the team kept us up to date with the process. Our fascias, guttering & downpipe have now been replaced by 2 of his team. They were timely in providing estimates, replying to emails and coming to begin work when promised.
