    Replace hot/cold isolation valves & connect w/machine.
    Kieran arrived exactly as arranged and replaced the valves promptly with no fuss, and was very pleasant and tidy. A small problem with one valve was fixed as soon as reported. Good service at a competitive price.

    Replace leaking Hot Water Tank
    Absolutely first class job. Kieran attended after Fred had done the initial survey to carry out the work and I couldn't be happier. Arrived on time , to what proved a difficult job with unforeseen issues , but were all taken in his stride and although job took a lot longer than anticipated stuck to the originally agreed price. Could not ask for more , really nice guy who ensured the house was left as he found it , clean and professional. Would not hesitate using Diamond again , and will be getting them back to do more work and will recommending to friends and family. Perfect.

    Boiler service/radiator installation

    Gas safety certificate and boiler service
    Professional and reliable. Boiler serviced and gas safety cert both at a good price and done very efficiently. Left the house clean and tidy. Would recommend and will be happy to use again.

    Supply and fit standard / budget kitchen mixer tap

    Thanks Kieran / Fred - Job was arkward but handled well and all done in good time. As well as swapping the tap, fitted isolators to make future jobs easier. Couldn't fault the work or engineer. Thanks a lot!

    heatrae sadia water cyclinder repair
    Have waited weeks for this company to carry out a repair for one of our tenants. They quoted one price which we were happy with and then there were delays, the price then went up unexpectedly. We then even agreed to the higher price and just asked that they carry out the job urgently as the tenant had no hot water and its getting cold now and no reply, would definitely not recommend, sadly not reliable at all.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I am very disappointed with this feedback. The job posted gave a reference number for the part required. We quoted accordingly. The job poster took 25 days to reply to our quote. We attended site and found that the part number was incorrect and we quoted again to include the correct part, and a few days later the quote was accepted. Despite numerous attempts to contact the tenant and landlady for access, no one came back to us and we abandoned the job. If the job was as urgent as suggested, I am at a loss to see why it took 25 days to respond initially and then to ignore repeated attempts to carry out the repair. I think our positive feedback speaks for itself.
