Came within 24 hours despite it being quite late in the evening. Very friendly and professional.

Made the leak on the boiler worse and the radiators that were fine prior to Bryan’s visit now don’t get hot. Bryan has subsequently claimed that we hadn’t agreed for him to return with an additional part he advised was required and I’m now having to source another tradesman and have no heat. Regrettably I genuinely get the impression that Bryan just doesn’t care about his work or how people are affected when they don’t have heat in colder weather!

Jobs done, replaced parts and reseal shower. Professional, tidy, everything works and quick what more can you ask for. Recommend.
