Excellent service received from DGS on my recent boiler concern. All issues resolved at a very reasonable charge. Would hire again if requured

My father had been looking for someone to repair his gas meter box. He couldn't find anyone who was interested, including the gas supplier and the company who usually deal with his boiler etc, so I offered to try and get someone via My Builder. Asked Daniel to come round to have a look and measure up for the box. No problems with communication via MB and text, gave me a quote based on my photos, and even though it was a bit of a pig of a job as these boxes aren't made in this size anymore, he had a look around and ordered as near as he could get. Kept me informed as to when it was expected and was able to do the job on a Saturday morning, which was good. Very calm, methodical approach, nothing too much trouble, and was happy to chat to my father who came out to have a look at what was going on. Due to the new box being slightly smaller, had to go and get some foam to fill the gap initially, which he did, and came back a couple of days later once it had set, and made a cracking job of removing excess foam and cementing everything in nice and neatly. And he took away the old box!! My father was impressed, (not an easy thing to do) and we will certainly be getting Daniel back to do all the boiler servicing and maintenance from now on, for both of us, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. First class work, and very reasonably priced too.

He did a decent job, charged me extra £40 just to turn on the gas supply which i could have done by calling the gas supplier.

Very pleased with Daniels review of our heating system and how it works and the production of the gas certificate, all at good prices. Definitely recommended.

Arrived on time and knew his stuff. Had a boiler serviced and magne filter checked and cleaned.

Daniel was polite, friendly, easy to communicate with. Scheduling the job was smooth and quick. He is a knowledgeable and experienced professional. Therefore he was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it (an issue that supposed to be sorted out an other plumber we wasted our money on previously) . We would gladly hire Daniel again.

I rarely leave reviews but I would be doing Daniel a disservice by not leaving one. Outstanding customer service - Daniel was straight to the point and gave FREE advice on our situation plus additional issues. Ended up charging next to nothing to cap and remove a visible pipe in our new living room, did a great job, no complaints all professional etc. All round decent guy too!

Very happy customer. Contacted me very promptly after posting the job and had completed the work a few days later. No mess, no fuss, good advice and good price. Great to have central heating back.
