Fantastic, very professional and friendly, my floor looks lovely. Arrived on time and got on with it quickly, very tidy and I would say a perfectionist, clearly loves his job. Couldn't have chosen anyone better for the job and very reasonable price.

De Sousa was efficient and professional in all aspects of the job. He arrived at the time arranged. He understood immediately what was required which was a little tricky as we wanted to re-use an existing room carpet to re-carpet the stairs as much as possible. He explained clearly what he was going to do at the start and as the job progressed. He worked very rapidly and energetically to get the job done in the agreed time. The quality of the work was excellent. A small issue was pointed out and explained to us, regarding the worn nature of the stairs and how the carpet shrank from the edges when laid. The job was finished on time and the price was as agreed. A very good professional tradesman. No hesitation in recommending and we will call on again I'm sure

Very impressed. I own several BTL properties and DeSousa has done a top job compared to Carpetright who I've used before and he was cheaper too with good attention to detail on tricky bits. He also supplied quality underlay at cheaper than I buy it for online. Hard working and nice guy too. Will use again.
