I had my bedroom and hallway capeted by Desousa flooring. He came on time and did a very good job and was very helpfull in moving the bed. He was very pleasant and would recomend him to family / friends.

We chose Duarte for what we thought was a complex job but he made it seem easy! We had to have our laminate floor taken up and, given that the wood had expanded more than expected, it posed what we thought was a problem. Duarte managed to take the whole floor up in just over an hour without damaging a single board leaving us stunned at not only his speed but his quality of work. His quote was the best by far and his knowledge of what he was doing and attention to detail left us impressed. The flooring was re-installed quickly and to a higher standard than expected and looks perfect. You can't fault this guys work. Hire him - no questions asked.

Duarte arrived on time and did an excellent job - even did a couple of extra jobs in the room to make it just right. Would definately use him again.

He did a neat, clean job in double quick time. Mr De Sousa is very pleasant to work with; courteous, on time, friendly and he a very good, neat job and sourced exactly the carpet I was looking for. The cost felt very reasonable. There was a little bit more than I'd hoped of material left over, but I've stored it, at his suggestion, for future repairs and have found that the excess underlay makes brilliant noticeboards! He offered to return to fix any problems, but 2 weeks later I haven't found anything to complain about.

desousa and his assistant fitted thick underlay and carpet which i supplied for our new loft conversion, stairs and hallway. 4 of the doors needed to be trimmed down after the carpet had been layed which he kindly offered to do. I ordered the correct amount of carpet but desousa had to carefully measure out how it was cut to ensure there was minimal waste. Would happily use desousa flooring again.

I hired Desousa to put down laminate flooring in 3 rooms and hallway and I couldn’t be happier! The price quoted was very reasonable (considering some quotes were 3 times his price) but make no mistake, the cheap price does not reflect his work. Beforehand he said it will probably take 2 days, but in the end it only took 1 day to laminate my whole flat! No breaks, not even for lunch, he just cracked on. Descousa is a very hard worker; I didn’t think it was possible to do that much in such a short space of time. The standard of work is fantastic and I am delighted with my new floor. He is a lovely guy who didn’t mind my OCD when it came to my requests to match the colour and grain of each piece of wood :) I have recommended him to all of my friends and would hire him again

We had decided to get our carpet online after realising there was a saving 30% on the high street prices but had not realised that the high street retailers also inflate the "fitting" charge until we received Duarte's quote. We were concerned about ordering the correct amount of carpet due to our unusual stairs and landing area. Duarte was happy to visit us before we hired him to measure and tell us exactly what we needed to order which again saved on what we would have ordered. He also gave sound advice on the best underlay to get and offered supply this and grippers at cost price. Impressed by his previous ratings and our first meeting we agreed to hire Duarte to fit our carpets in 2 weeks time. Duarte arrived as agreed at 9.00 today and fitted our new carpets to lounge, dining room,stairs and landing area he also supplied an extra high quality underlay at a price well below any high street supplier. we had removed 90% of furniture and as agreed i made myself available to help lift the larger pieces remaining in the room as the carpet was laid. We are more than pleased with the work Duarte has done and were impressed with his knowledge and honesty as he pointed out some of the problems of fixing the grippers to our old solid floors and offered to return if there were ever any problems which we don"t think there will be.
