The quote was competitive and detailed. Chris was the only builder to include steel reinforcement of the new concrete base, which I think was very worthwhile. The job has been completed well, as per the quote, to the agreed timing. I appreciated the opportunity to discuss options for a couple of minor issues that cropped up during the construction. I am very happy to recommend!

I got a lot of speculative quotes on mybuilder.com without anyone actually seeing the job. Chris was the only one who came out, looked at the job and put in an accurate quote. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and he offered good advice and suggestions. He turned up on the date and time that he said he would (unlike most builders!) and got straight on with the job. He honestly didn't stop until he was finished and I can't say how impressed with the work he did for us. I really cannot praise Chris enough... superb work at a good, honest price. Chris proved to be a hard working gentleman who did extra work without extra cost due to being able to inspect the roof at very close quarters. Chris always get me informed as to the timescale due to the weather and my availability. I have more building work that is required and Chris will always be my first point of contact. Thoroughly pleased with Chris's work. The brickwork now looks really good, and finished nicely. He worked in foul weather but did an excellent job despite that. He left the site very tidy taking away any rubbish with him. All that for a very fair price. I will recommend Chris to any friends who want work doing. Thank you! A 5 star job. AF

Chris is friendly and reliable. He turned up on time and completed the work in one day. His price was reasonable and competitive. We had the 2 chimney tops re flaunched and the chimney breasts re pointed. Chris did a good job. He is a tidy and considerate worker and left no mess. I would definitely recommend Chris to my friends and family.

Work completed was roof repair and fencing along with gate and concreting. Chris first of all kept in touch and phoned about the work to be completed. He kept to the time and date agreed and most importantly the quotation in writing which he supplied. The work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend Chris to my friends.
