It was a significant piece of work requiring pulling up existing carpets, sanding and filling floors and holes in stairs, and painting everything across 3 stories. Del and his team undertook the work for us while we were away on vacation, and when we returned a few days ago we were delighted with the results! Del was great value for money and delivered great results. Always arrived on time and the majority of the work I was very pleased with. Had an issue with the original quote which he reasonably compromised with. At the end of the job I did feel that he rushed and did not finish parts of the job to the standard of the rest of his work.Answer from tradesperson:
Basing on my protocol: I asked my clients if his happy/pleased with my job to the highest standard before i left and paid.He said : He's happy and accepted the standard of my work. May I retierate that I did not rush and no such unfinished job specified on the quotaion.
