Del is really great. He knows his job very well and he's doing the job very well. He's clean, tidy (I didn't realize there's was someone at home and working), he's quick and very effective and he has a very good hand. He did exaclty what I asked for and definitely I will ask him to come again when needed.

Del what can I say...a true gent, old fashioned work ethics. Very rare today when you hire a tradesman. What I noticed first off is that Del is very prompt and polite. He gave e advice on the job/materials to use and was always happy to communicate with me prior to the job if I needed to change anything about the job. He was flexible but very organised and knows his business. The quality of the job he did is reflected in the way he conducts himself. Very amiable, professional and tidy. The work he did in decorating my bedroom was fantastic. He worked towards my budget as well. No job is too big or small. He will try to accommodate the request and will never promise something he can't deliver. I am so happy with the decorating he did to my bedroom that I am asking him to do some work in my kitchen. This may lead to further decorating I require in my flat as well. You can't go wrong with Del, they don't make them like him anymore. Fantastic decorator and his experience shows in the quality of his work. 10/10 and have already suggested him to friends and family.

Del was friendly and his quote was competitive. He painted our kitchen and wooden sash living room windows. Del also needed to fill in plaster cracks, holes and a space where a cupboard was removed from the wall. He also needed to fill in some of the wood in the windows.The filling and re-surfacing was done very well and you can't see where any of them were. He also painted the kitchen (which is large and has difficult to reach areas) and the windows to a very good standard, in 3 days. The kitchen was painted with a dark colour and there were a few small areas where, after Del had completed, we needed to touch up the paint. However overall Del worked quickly, competently and to a very good standard.

Del, was hired to decorate 1 bedroom & kitchen (including woodwork) in a small flat. He provided a competitive quote and was relatively tidy. However he took the decision to delegate the majority of the work to another unskilled tradesman. The work was meant to last 5 full days, but actually two of them only half worked. This combined with the outsourced hired help, resulted in a poorly finished job. Del... Occasionally came across as rude, during phone conversations, and at times unprofessional. Taking the above into consideration and his continuance to not comprehend the task in hand, I felt it was in my best interest to stop work and part ways! The decorating was later professionally finished to a higher standard by another decorator.
