Dan and his team were hired to carry out house referb work consisting of nocking down a supporting wall, installing french doors bricking up an old door and installing a window. nocking down a dividing wall and plastering rooms. all work was passed by building control with no problems. From the start of our project Dan stood out from all other quotes obtained, he was informative and had a positive can do attitude towards what we wanted to achieve. His team were friendly and hard working, work was completed on time and to agreed budget. Dan was readily available at any time for advice and discussion and his communication throughout cannot be faulted. The price quoted for work was very fair for the quality of service received. After hiring Dan and the team i can confirm all positive comments posted on this website to be correct . I will not hesitate for Dan to be my first point of contact for any future works and I highly recommend him to anyone else considering hiring him. Shortlisted Dan for a plastering and coving job and he responded quickly. He arrived at the property on time and was pleasant to interact with. We agreed on prices because his quotes were very reasonable and fair. Through out this job Dan and his team worked efficiently and Dan even went out of his way to advice us on other things that needed doing in the house that we had lined up...Our whole house needed refurbishing and becouse of Dans high standard of work, we have used his services for other jobs, for example, to take down a dividing wall separating bathroom and toilet, build another wall to close up the doorway which led to the bathroom, plaster that entire room and we were so happy with the results. I promise you guys, this guy knows his stuff and he does it to perfection, he does not cut corners. He has such a strong work ethic. He never leaves the place dirty. We still have quite a bit of odd jobs that need doing and we have already booked Dan to do some of them. Words don't really express how happy we are with the quality of his work. Thank you so much Dan for everything.

Dan was great throughout the job. Polite, respectful, hard working and reasonably priced. He came up to the house twice before the job started to test colours to be sure we got what we wanted. Can't fault the work, the whole house finished in under 3 days, would definitely recommend Dan or be happy to use again myself. House looks amazing!

Dan came and fixed some shoddy work carried out by a previous tradesman. His quote was competitive, he was very communicative, work was to a high standard, he was very clean tidy and professional. Would recommend.

Dan's quote was comparable to the others we obtained, and as he was local and available to complete the work at reasonably short notice, we hired him to do the job. Dan and a workmate came in and completed the work in a single (long) day, and left everything reasonably clean and tidy. All in all, a positive experience, and I would be happy to hire him again for future jobs.

Daniel and his team are just the best! We hired Daniel for a complete refurbishment project in a 3 bedroom semi detached. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work that the property needed and every contractor who came in wanted to make a meal out of us rather than work with us. Daniel was very patient, meeting with us several times and readjusting the scope of work and quote as needed. The whole work included the replacement of ceilings, install new floors, plaster all the house, re-render all the house, install new french windows and repair two steel beams. It was a lot of work and as new homeowners, we were very nervous. But it was really refreshing dealing with Dan. He was very professional, courteous, always keeping us informed, taking photos, etc. While we were having problems with the electrician and plumber, Dan always had a can-do positive personality, worked around other tradesmen without any issues and often gave us honest advice. Nothing was a problem for him. He was extremely tidy and always on time and finished his work before schedule. He was not the cheapest quote we received, but was worth every penny. We only have nice things to say about him and his team and would hire again if needed.

Punctual. Proper tradesman of excellent demeanour and likeable personality who took time to answer and explain all the ideas and questions the client had. Clearly well experienced in his trade and the quality of workmanship showed that. Tidied up nicely. Highly recommended.

Replied to posting, called, quoted, arrived, did the job, cleaned up and left all within a couple of hours! Lovely guy, job done well and as requested and super efficient! Would recommend to others and use again myself.
