Steve is an excellent LVT fitter. He has a real eye for detail and maintains his high standards through preparation and finish. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone requiring LVT installation. For my job we went with Vusta Vitesse and I'm delighted with the finish.

Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! The finished result is beautiful, the quality of his work is superb. Steve has just fitted our Karndean floor in our new extension. From the start Steve was very efficient and responded to my calls immediately. His quote was by far the cheapest we got and he completed the work within a few weeks of our first conversation. We are thrilled with our new floor and the standard to which it was finished at. We would certainly use Steve again.

Steve did an amazing job flooring our entire 3 storey house with Amtico luxury vinyl planks. My teenage daughter actually discovered the My Builder site when we were having problems finding a fitter for our particular dates. We placed an ad on there for our requirements and Steve contacted us immediately. His quotation for the materials was very much lower than quotes we received from two large retailers and he was able to fit us in at very short notice so we decided to go ahead. Steve and team worked really long hours to get the job finished on time, despite being unavoidably one man down. He kept us updated throughout with his progress (as we weren’t living at the house at the time) and answered all our queries and messages promptly and thoroughly. He also sorted us out some extra planks free of charge to use as spares. Steve is very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with our new flooring and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean Flooring to everyone.

I am trying - have been trying to reach Stephen for the last four weeks now. he does not answer his phone - land or mobile. I have left messages - hoping he is well and asking if he is still in business - all to no avail. I have even left an apology for the delay in starting - problems here. If he is not interested in my job anymore I would appreciate him informing me so that I can try to locate other fitters.

We are so pleased with the work carried out by these guys. The job was completed very quickly and to a high standard. I wish all tradesmen could be this great. Stephen was very helpful prior to the work being started and was able to complete the work very quickly and reasonably. We intend to use Dean Flooring again. Many thanks :)
