Prompt response and efficient service

Dan contacted us promptly after our advert went up. He was knowledgeable and happy to discuss the job and potential issues over phone before we accepted his offer. Dan made time in his schedule to come around the next day to fix a problem and service our boiler. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend Dan as he is friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Thanks again Dan.

Dan was quick to respond to my tender for business and provided a very reasonable quote. He responded quickly to messages and turned up well on time for the work. Professionally presented and mannered, the work was completed flawlessly. It was refreshing to speak to someone who knew exactly how to fix the issue and didn't provide any issues. Dan was asked to service the gas boiler and conduct gas safety checks with a view to issuing a gas safety certificate. He arrived promptly and carried out the work at a good pace.
