I can't seem to find your details to speak personally. As I think this could have been prevented. If I didn't warn I probably should have that the brush in grout usually settles and the parts with the most Mortar scraped away will tend to sink as the resin gets heavier with rain water. It will take me an hour or less to put that right. You can see the fall from the picture, it deffinitly has enough fall on the patio, the water won't sit for long as the brush in grout is porus and water will siv through the gaps, I can't see how a good review can be changed but a lower star review can't be, I think this needs to be experimented with.
