Damion was excellent - great work, good advice, competitively priced, punctual and an all round decent guy.
Our job was a 25sqm kitchen floor re-tile as part of a complete kitchen replacement. The kitchen is part original and part extension, which had very clearly been added by an amateur! The previous floor was a disaster, also having been carried out by an amateur, rising and falling all over the place with a big hump at the point where the old kitchen joined the new part.
Damion came over one evening to size up the job and suggested a possible solution to get the floor level. A price and a start date were agreed. Damion suggested taking up the old floor before the new kitchen units went in and then to come back later to fit new tiles up to the units.
When taking up the old tiles we hit a problem - the screed layer was weak and crumbling. I won't go into the details but Damion had a solution and we went with it.
End result was excellent - very tidy, level in all directions and tied in well with flooring in adjacent rooms.
Before and throughout the work I had questions. Damion always answered my calls and always had the time to talk and explain things through. Always calm and polite.
I could go on but that's probably enough. Just leaves me to say: use Damion, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
