Very knowledgeable, explained how the boiler should work, finished the service very efficiently. After the service was completed stayed to help me sort out a concern over the warranty. Friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend and will be asking him to carry out the service next year.

Only posted the job at the weekend as worried the 14 year old boiler in our new house wouldn't see out Christmas. Darren was first to reply and provided an exceptionally good price and availability. Sent some pictures and info and all done. Super impressed how responsive he is on the chat function and called me a few times with updates. Fits quality Baxi gear and a real tidy job. Nice guy and really pleased with what I have come home to! 👍👍 Wouldn't hesitate to get him back to do more work as we redevelop.
