Came same day, problem sorted. Identified potential other issues that need attention at same time. All positive.

David did a very nice job on my tiling. Very good communication about when he would come, turned up as agreed for five visits in a week, good to deal with, reasonable rates. Would use again and recommend.

Prompt, professional and hard working. Knew exactly what needed to be done from the minute he entered the bathroom. He even sourced the new extractor fan that we needed himself, whilst giving valuable advice on how we could further improve the bathroom once his work was completed. Competent and experienced. Would use again.

David arrived on the time agreed and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Noticed a slight leak after David had left. Called David and explained and he was back within the hour to sort out the drip. We also needed some advise on some other plumbing issues we have David was very helpful. Would have no problem in recommending David and will use again

David came to check the place, was very helpful in clarifying and explaining what the problem was, proposed multiple solutions, and then delivered a really good job. Very reliable and great value!

David arrived promptly armed with only a plunger despite we discussing the problem and assured me he had all the right tools. I was charged £10 for "industrial chemicals" to unclog the toilet and only told this while paying. After working for about 40 mins, David announced that the toilet was flushing properly, and it did, for about 3 flushes. 2 of which I witnessed with David and the 3rd flush was literally the first wee (only a wee) just after David had left. It was evident the clog was still present and the job was incomplete. When I contacted David to tell him so, he informed me that he would return to do the work (plunging, flushing, NOT snaking) but would charge me again for it, despite working for only 40 of the 60 minutes of his time for which I paid. In addition to this, while David was working I asked David about a snake and was told it would would "scratch my toilet", but I know there to be snakes designed to not scratch toilets. I was reassured on the phone that he had all the right tools necessary and that there was no charge for the tools, but I didn't expect him to come so unprepared for a job which was explained in detail. David also left an unapologetic mess everywhere. Literally, everywhere. I'm extremely unimpressed by his lack of professionalism and distasteful stance on completing work properly. David is not worth your time, your money, or the hassle. 0/10

Polite enough but said he needed to go get a part and never returned. Did not answer the phone when I tried calling him.

David did the job quickly, he was very courteous and I would definitely recommend him.

David arrived as agreed was knowlegable about the problem and solved it very quickly at a reasonable price. Would be very happy to hire again.
