I cannot speak highly enough of Dave or the rest of the team. In 6 weeks they have built an absolutely brilliant quality two storey extension which I am delighted with, from day 1 they have delivered exactly what they said they would. The whole team is professional, friendly, amazingly tidy and the work is to an exceptional quality. I have personally recommended Dave to half a dozen friends and will definitely continue to do so. If you are looking for a builder in the South Yorkshire area you will not find better! Nothing has been too much trouble, everything has been finished to a high standard, every detail thought of and not a single issue. Thanks to all of them for making what I expected to be a stressful few months a genuine pleasure and a wonderful annexe for my dad as a result.

Dave Ellery wasn't the lowers quote we received but he was nevertheless very reasonable. He impressed as a straightforward down to earth and professional guy who gave sound constructive advice (which we are very glad we took). He helped us iron-out a few technical problems, happily made adjustments as we changed our minds whilst the work was in progress, and was quietly sociable. His team of labourers and tradesmen were always politely friendly with excellent timekeeping and reliability. We are very very pleased with the quality of the work as it was done and especially with the finished product (a conservatory that blends in perfectly with our old limestone cottage). Even the dog will miss him and his team. This guy is trustworthy, reliable, and professional who has a relaxed manner and is flexible and adaptable. He is very helpful and tidy, clearing away our rubbish as well as his own. We are so pleased with the quality of his work that we have engaged him to refurbish our outhouse and do some other jobs later this year - thus putting our money where our mouth is. Hire Dave and you won't be disappointed!

Simply cant fault Dave and the lads, excellent job and within budget. What he quotes is what you pay, no adding extra's unless you decide to add any extra work (which we did). Took a little bit longer than original thought but we have had a few days of bad weather and at the end of the day the job has been done to excellent standard so cant complain at all. I wouldn't think twice about recommending him to anyone else. I have in fact already passed his number onto family and friends. If I need anything doing in the future I will definitely be giving Dave a ring.

Hi David, Upon reading recent feedback you left for another customer we are aware that your wife is not well so feel that as we have yet to hear anything about a start date for our kitchen extension we will no longer be asking you to undertake our extension work. Our extension was started a week after I had a baby which could have been a very stressful time for me and my family with building work going on however that wasn’t the case Dave and his team were professional, polite and courteous at all times. We got a good feeling about Dave Ellery as soon as we met him and we were not disappointed. Dave explained every stage of the build and always answered any questions that we had. The team of professionals that work with Dave were the nicest guys very friendly, respectful, considerate and extremely good at their jobs. Dave and his team were always here everyday and put in a full days work they were very tidy and always cleaned up after themselves. When the extension was complete it was quite sad to see them go. We are now enjoying our new living space which looks fantastic and would like to thank Dave and the team for all their hard work. We would definitely recommend Dave Ellery if you want a builder who looks after the customers needs and does an outstanding job and goes that extra mile. We had been looking into having a small extension built for many years. It wasn't until we found David Ellery on mybuilder site that we were confident to go ahead. David and his colleagues have an old fashion work ethic, they were hard working through very cold and sometimes snowy conditions. Before he started David told us exactly what it would cost and that is what we paid even though we added some exta's to our electrical electrical requirements and he did some work on our kitchen worktop that wasn't included in the quote. We are very happy with our extension. Thank's to David, John and Gary for a good job well done.

positive 100% We asked David to do a kitchen extension. He and his team did a fantastic job From the first visit we had a feeling that he is very competent and excellent in his work. In the past, we had some work done on our property. Although the work done was good, workers sometimes didn't turn up, got engaged with another job, gave quotations and at the end of the work ask for extras David and his team are hard working, work to a high standard, very honest, respectable, very sensible. David is reliable and accommodating. He does not cut corners. We are left with the impression that the work he does for his customers would be exactly what he does for himself. Being a big project (Job) we were expecting a big mess but they were very keen to keep it clean and tidy. Because we were very impressed with his work , we asked him to do some home improvements. We do not hesitate to recommend him
