I'm looking for a couple of EICR for 2 of our flats in Eccles. They're both 1 bed - 1 ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Both in the same block in the centre of Eccles. They were tested in 2008 and had no issues & there have been no changes to any circuits since then. Both on RCD & both have 5 circuits (lighting, shower, cooker, ring, water heater).

Brilliant. Communicated with tenants & did a great job. Very happy & would recommend.
