    2 bed flat refurb (floors, ceilings and decorating)
    We hired Daniel to refurb our lounge, hallway and bathroom. We were very impressed with his work, professionalism and attention to detail, turning up on time everyday and doing all the work to a good standard. He comes across as a very honest, reliable and friendly builder. We will be using him again and are very happy to recommend him.

    Fit integrated dishwasher

    Good work. Very efficient and I was pleased with the end result. I would definitely hire Dan again.

    Change doors and worktop in a kitchen
    Hired Daniel to fit a kitchen worktop and install some kitchen appliances as well as fix some tiling. He did a great top and to a very high standard, so decided to employ his service to paint my bathroom and various doors. Will most likely use again for future DIY jobs. Thanks!

    Ivy problem

    Overall Dan was friendly and approachable. He gave sound advice on how much ivy to remove. However he tried to disproportionately re-negotiate the price on the day (there was some extra work we initially asked for).

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I have indeed negotiated the price, when i quoted for what was seen in the photo uploaded by the customer. The price had to be adjusted when more ivy needed removing, around the corner of the house ( not seen in the photo) It can be interpreted as bad manners sometime, but how i wish customers would sometime be more clear on sizes and dimensions when posting for a job. Thank you for making it Neutral mr. Mansoor! I take it that you were pleased with the work i did (excepting the detail mentioned) , and i will improve my attitude in the future. Daniel

    Dishwasher installation and cupboard removal
    Dan was great, totally professional, polite and a job well done. I'm now saving up so her can come back and do some more work for me!

    wardrobe to be fixed
    Daniel came twice at my place, first to fix a big wardrobe and the second time for change a locker and set up some shelves. He always did a good job for a fair price.

    Paint living room
    Daniel did an excellent job, started early and worked thru til 7pm to finish the job, i don't think he even took a lunch break. We were so pleased with his standard of work and attitude that we asked him to decorate our daughters room once he had finished our living room. Will most definitely use him again and recommend to friends.

    Temporary removal of fitted dishwasher
    Daniel was very helpful. He did his best to fit me into his schedule as early as possible and offered the most competitive price. He was creative in finding a quicker and simpler way to get the job done. Would recommend!

    fitting 3 door flat pack wardrobe together

    Daniel is a professional handyman, he provided a good quote, arrived on time and done an excellent job. Even though though my provided description of the wardrobe wasn't correct and wardrobe was bigger he still stuck to the quote provided and done a professional job.
