Daniel is the the type of builder we all wish for! I had my entire kitchen pulled out and disposed of. New IKEA kitchen put in. New tiles and skimming. I ended up asking for extra jobs as I just moved into the flat and it needed painting, new lighting and new fuse box. Due to taking pride in his work, jobs were carried out professionally with the utmost respect. He went beyond what I asked for by helping me in other areas due to the limited time I had working 9-5 which I am grateful for. Some of the work carried out by his co-worker Julian needed extra attention but Julian always came back to fix something that wasn't quite right. I can't rate highly enough and will go to him first when any new jobs are next needed.

We couldn't give high enough praise for Dan's work; in fact we've already asked him to do another job on the house. Having had some problems with builders in the past we were pretty nervous about getting our bathroom re-fitted. Dan's friendly and professional manner put us completely at ease and in a way we were a bit sad when the job ended and we had to say goodbye. He was entirely transparent about any costs and communicated any small amendements to our plans (such as unforseen structural issues in our Victorian house) really well. Daniel was friendly and was happy to action my requests. I am a fussy client and Daniel is the kind of tradesman I like to work with because he can contribute ideas as well as just labour. Kitchen is complete and looks great.

Although I didn't witness the work myself, my tenants were very complimentary about Daniel for the work he did for me which involved cutting back and tidying up a garden and some minor repairs around the house.

Good worker who attended promptly when he said he would! Although the work took a little longer than first anticipated, there was never any mention of re-negotiating the price. Daniel removed my existing bathroom floor, relaid the plywood foundation, and tiled as promised. Overall he did a good job and was vigilant in keeping the mess to a minimum and removing it when finished. Personally I found him to be be a nice and polite person. Many thanks Daniel!

We were pleased to accept Dan's quote which seemed very reasonable and to hire him as he was able to start work right away and promised to finish quickly. Dan did a fantastic job of fitting our kitchen units and applicances very quickly and to a high standard, and worked long hours to get the job done. He kept us informed of any decisions that needed to be made (e.g. where to place something), or when he needed to get parts, and showed a lot of initiative. When we needed a plasterer he was able to get a contact in to work within a few days. All in all Dan made the process very smooth and easy. We found him easy to talk to and good with advice. We will certainly turn to him again when he have other jobs and would recommend his services.

Fast, Clean and effecient builder. He got straight to work, finished the job after 3 hours without stopping once and kept the room clean all the time. The work is great and I'm very happy with the outcome. Would highly reccomend!
