Charles did everything you would want - turn up when he said he would and do the job he said he would. No fuss, no messing around. He did a couple of little extra bits that werent agreed at the beginning of the job and resolved any queries immediately. Charles explained exactly what he was going to do so you know exactly where you are. Would recommend and use again.

Charles did a fantastic job. It has been the most stress free piece of work I have ever had done on my house. He kept me informed throughout the job and even changed some of what he was doing without any problems at my request, he and his work mate cleaned up after themselves every day. I always knew what time to expect him and where he was up to at the end of the day. Thank you so much Charles for all your work I would definitely hire again.
