First of all I would like to say thanks for the feedback, regardless the form it comes in. I take all into consideration for the next. In my defence I definitely agree I got the time scale wrong which can happen from time to time unfortunately but that didn't seem to be an issue when discussed with the customer during first day on the job, the work involved was more then first anticipated, then extras were added on the first day. As I like to help out my customers as much as possible I had no issue doing them. All work carried out are always with tolerances, I'm a professional tradesman in tiling so extra jobs like silicone application is in itself another trade but again this was done to a fair standard, to help out customers.
