Carl and his colleague came yesterday, 17/11/2018, and carried out the work as stated in the job description. We were out at the time of their arrival but they made a start straight away as promised. It's usually difficult to get tradesmen to come out for a small job, however, not only did Carl come out but the job was priced and completed within a week, his work is 1st class.
