Pav advised that the bathroom should be re-tiled and we agreed what seemed to me to be a fair price. I asked him to choose the floor and wall tiles and I was pleased with his choice. The work was done to a good standard. Pav understandably wants to get money upfront for materials and prefers to be paid in cash at the end of the job.

Pav and his guys did an excellent job. They worked conistently and very efficiently for the duration. We are thrilled with the result. Would thoroghly recommend and would use again without any hesitation.

I hired Base Property Development to replace the living room and hallway floor with engineered wood flooring. The work was completed on budget, on schedule and to such a high standard that I also requested them to build a fitted cupboard which they delivered as per specification. Pleasant to deal with, helpful (they fixed a broken not included in the quote), these tradesmen are a rare find in London. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pav was excellent. He and his team were punctual, tidy and efficient and has completed what turned out to be quite an intricate job (with lots of different and difficult elements) to an extremely high standard. I am overjoyed with the end result and would highly recommend Pav to anyone who is looking for a complete bathroom (or other) renovation. Pav was also very helpful in coming back after the job was finished to sort out any housekeeping issues I found until I was entirely satisfied with the finished result. I would definitely hire Pav again for any building and/or renovation work I need doing - for a reasonable cost you receive a premium service. 100% satisfied customer.

In addition to the work carried out in the bathroom (installing an electrical shower with new water supply from the kitchen, a new basin, tiling and boxing the pipes), Pav also installed a new kitchen (units, sink, tiling), a job that was posted separately on mybuilder.com. The work has been done to a very a high standard and I am extremely pleased with the results. Pav and his team are polite, hard-working and honest. In particular, the pricing of the job was very straightforward, and despite the fact it turned out to be more complicated than Pav initially thought, he didn't charge me any extra. The only thing I would suggest is that Pav should perhaps raise his prices a little, so that he is under less pressure to get the job done quickly, which would make everything run more smoothly. There were some problems along the way, most of which were beyond Pav's control, but, despite these, I am very happy with the job, and would definitely hire Pav and his team again.

Pav did a very good job of putting up a towel rail and a mirror in my bathroom as well as boxing in some pipes and sealing bath and toilet with silicone. He arrived on time, was very polite and helpful and cleaned up after the job was complete. I was 100% happy with the finished job and will definatly hire him again and recomend him to my family and friends.

Pav did an excellent job locating the leak and immediately got right down to fixing it as well as retouching my bathroom floor. He is fast, efficient, communicates well and was punctual for the 2 day job. I would recommend him. Stellar work!
