I had very old facias and guttering replaced with PVC. They came very quickly to look at the job and priced it competitively. Good advice given on work required. Very polite courteous father and son team. They came a few days later to do the work which was done to a very good standard. While they were up on the roof, I asked them to check it over and was given advice on future work needed, which I will book in with them in the near future. He even advised me against my original plan to replace something that I had thought was broken. Very honest. Very straightforward to deal with. Charles and Josh always turned up when they said they would, and when the bad weather of recent weeks meant having to reschedule they kept us updated all the time. Jobs involved: new felt roof, putting on coping stones, adding proper flashing to another roof, replacing a couple of lengths of guttering, and replacing a downpipe. Charles & his son Josh were very pleasant to deal with and excellent at communication before & during the job. Their quote explained exactly what they would be doing and they sent 'before' & 'after' photos. Now, being an elderly lady I did not actually climb the ladder to inspect the job although the offer was there! It looked good in the 'after' pictures and I am not expecting further problems with damp, but only time will actually tell. Thank you Charles
