Jason responded first and promptly arranged his brother to review the problem and advise. A written quotation was subsequently provided. Jason has a good manner on the phone and deals with queries very attentively. His brother and an assistant carried out the work, and because the roof was in a dire and leaking state, they came ahead of starting the main job to secure the roof and prevent it from leaking further until they were ready to start which was only a few days later - this was a great help. They noticed an old pipe in the wall above the roof where a bee hive had formed and removed this without extra cost. Job was done to a high standard and the team were happy to amend the fascia height at my request. A small waste pipe was accidentally damaged during the proceedings and Jason sent someone around within a day to fix this. It's been over a month and the roof looks good and functions well. Would use again.

CR Building, led by Jason, were the first to respond to my posting. Jason provided rapid communication, a quick and clear quotation and the work was completed within a week. The guys who did the work arrived when they said they would, knew what they were doing and re-seated and re-pointed 10 ridge tiles in 1.5 hours. A 2 year guarantee has been provided. Overall I am very pleased with CR Building and Roofing and would use them again.

Jason and his team did an extremely good job in difficult conditions. I was extremely impressed in that when Jason said he was going to do something he did it - he returned calls as promised, sent e mails as agreed and always answered phoned. I would be more than happy to have them back to do other work and happy to recommend.

Hired Jason and his boys to do my job, which turned out harder than expected. Due to my chimney not being sealed properly however long ago, a brick fell down it upon removal of the chimney and made a hole in my kitchen ceiling. On the plus side Jason and his roofers spotted that the chimney breast was not supported properly and as a result got taken care of and buttressed, something I would have been unaware of. The damage was immaculately taken care of and plastered, and even ended up with my entire large kitchen ceiling being painted despite the initial damage only being 4ft x 1ft. Chimney taken down no bother and quickly, and the other work was the front of the house soffits, fascias and gutters on a 3 storey house (with scaffolding at the back and front)-all look fantastic and have kep Jason's painter Dave on for other outside work as I'm very satisfied with his work. I'd have no problem recommending Jason and his team for any building and roofing work-any issues I had Jason dealt with then and there, and he will ALWAYS answer his phone (not always the case with some builders you hire!). The price of the various jobs was very fair, and not a million miles away from the original quote despite the unforeseen chimney breast issue. I think Jason is well aware of the power of looking after his clients, especially for new clients and repeat custom as I would recommend to friends and in the future when I want other work done. All done, happy and satisfied.

Jason came and took a look at the work that was required, gave a good quote and was able to book in the job quickly once I had accepted the quote. On the day, Jason came and set one of his guys up to do the job, and was at all times polite, and tidy with the work. They asked me to check that I was happy with the work before they left, which I was, and left me feeling reassured. When I asked them if it was possible to do a bit of extra work replacing the guttering and the facias front and back as well, again, Jason provide a good quote and was able to get that done the next day. I'm really please with the work they've done, which had made sure my house is ready for the wind and the rain in the coming months. Would recommend them to anyone, and if I need any further work will call them.

A really fantastic job. A leaking flat bay window roof. We had left Birmingham and Jason completed the job sending us pictures and emails to update on progress. It was somewhat of an emergency and Jason sorted it within a week. Thank you.
