The team from CRB were very good. From the quote, which in itself reassured me, not pushy but confident. The price was the middle of three but Calvin was both knowledgable and reassuring, saying that the quote given should they overrun, which it did due to the extreme heat of 29/30 degrees, would be as quoted and true to their word it was. Jimmy when cutting the tiles was a perfectionist. All the through the refit I was shown and told exactly what they were doing and photographs were taken throughout. Both were very personable, polite and cheerful. I recommend the company without hesitation and especially add extra brownie points from the perspective of a single woman. They like their tea strong with sugar and preferably a few biscuits on the side.

Chris came to do a quote and was able to fix the problem there and then. Really quick and great service at a very reasonable price. He and his colleague were really friendly and they made sure to leave the area clean and tidy when they left.
