Craig visited my property today as promised. He indicated to me that I did not have a damp problem but more of a condensation issue which could be easily fixed by myself. He was very professional and knowledgable and I was pleased with the advice given. It was nice to get helpful advice like this without him trying to get work out of it. 👍

I am very happy with the work carried out by CPH Interiors and would not hesitate to hire them again if I have any future work that needs doing. Craig explained everything that needed to be done to rectify the rising damp problem and has done a great job, leaving the room clean and tidy, he turned up on time every morning being cheerful and easy to chat to and even won the dog over!! Craig visited our house promptly to do a free site survey. He took his time to inspect the root causes of our damp problem, which are quite complex. Other builders we had round only discussed the bits they felt confident about discussing/fixing and we feel they would not have permanently solved the damp problem. Craig is very professional and has a good style of communication, and seems to have really strong knowledge in this area. The actual work will be put off until early next year because we are expecting a child and dont want the distruption yet
