We really can't rare Craig highly enough. From initial consultation to quote to completion of the job, he has been honest, easy to communicate with, and true to his word. The job itself was completed to schedule, in line with quote and to an extremely high standard. I've always been anxious about dealing with builders so am delighted to have found an honest, trustworthy craftsman who it has been a pleasure to have working on our house. Craig and his team did a great job. They were professional and polite and exceptionally tidy and clean-not sure that parts of our house weren't cleaner after they had finished the plastering than before they started! Craig replied very promptly to all our enquiries and was very clear in his advice and quotes. The painting of our house is all finished and I can honestly say what a fantastic job they have done. Very clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble . Installation of new kitchen worktops, Stainless steel sink / taps and built-in oven hob. A reasonable job spoilt by poor finishing. Would not use again.Answer from tradesperson:
Customer was extremly pleased when I left the job, very happy to pay, no negitive comments, no contact since to raise any issues, I am very supprised by this comment. I fitted new work tops to extremly old base units that were showing signs of wear and tear, The walls need to be tiled and sealed to complete the fit that is being carried out by the house holder, I would return if I had been informed of any faults. I can only appologise but unless I am aware I can not rectify any issues. No telephone calls, No E Mail, No Text. I think this comment is very unfair by not being allowed to address any issues before this comment was listed on my profile.
