Customer was extremly pleased when I left the job, very happy to pay, no negitive comments, no contact since to raise any issues, I am very supprised by this comment. I fitted new work tops to extremly old base units that were showing signs of wear and tear, The walls need to be tiled and sealed to complete the fit that is being carried out by the house holder, I would return if I had been informed of any faults. I can only appologise but unless I am aware I can not rectify any issues. No telephone calls, No E Mail, No Text. I think this comment is very unfair by not being allowed to address any issues before this comment was listed on my profile.
