Brilliant! Called when he said he would, turned up when he said he would and was very pleasant to deal with. Craig's work standard was top-notch and I have already lined him up for some additional work. I will be recommend Craig to anyone that asks i know a good tradesman. Very quick to come round and scope out the work required then did a great job installing the new doors which he sourced for us. Would definitely recommend.

I don't know what happened with Craig. He seemed great and after seeing the work required, he gave a quote that I was happy with and agreed to start. After a few delays due to ordering problems the start date kept being pushed back. Then there were more delays due to sickness and a backlog of other projects. I waited patiently and stayed in touch. Eventually Craig stopped communicating. I don't know why. His phone just rang, I left voice messages, missed calls, text messages over a couple of weeks. No reply. I hope he's fine and it was just a misunderstanding. Unfortunate I can't wait forever so I must move on and find someone else to do the work.

Craig and his colleague completed the job to a high standard and were both very easy to work with. They were always polite and considerate and I would not hesitate to use them again. The only slight issue I had was the fact that they were very busy and as my job was taking longer than they expected it took a few days to complete. They then ended up fitting the remaining work around other jobs they had. This was not a problem for me as they were flexible about when to come and finish the work. The work was still well done and no corners were cut in the completion of the work. Thank you guys we are really pleased with the finished article.
