Living in the Isle Of Man with a property in L21 is difficult but with the "My Builder" web site and CP Electrics I am amazed how easily this problem was solved. Paul was very quick to respond to my initial request to provide the EICR certificate for my rental property and I left all the arrangements to Paul. Paul did the EICR and follow up work in my rental house. There were problems getting in touch with the tenants but he persevered in contacting the letting agent and did it all as soon as the appointment was arranged. Stayed calm and polite throughout. Phoned MR Campbell regarding landlord electrical report did the job quickly, I asked for a shower cord fitting the same day as report late at night And was fitted promptly the next day for my tenant. I was really impressed with the quickness and the service that he provided, I would definitely recommend this electrician if you needed one as he gets the work done.
