I respectfully disagree with this review, as it does not accurately reflect the agreed scope of works or the circumstances encountered on site. The agreed job was the installation of artificial grass and edging only, for a fixed price and timeframe. Upon arrival, I found areas that were not properly prepared for installation. Despite this, my team worked for three days instead of the agreed two, in temperatures of around 30°C, to complete the installation. After two days, additional works were requested, including walls, rendering, additional slabs and pointing a patio, none of which were included in the original agreement. My team was filmed while working without prior notice or consent. The only assistance provided was helping to move the artificial grass rolls into position. I categorically deny any allegations of threats or intimidation. This review was left by the contractor who hired me as a subcontractor, the disagreement arose over additional works requested at the same price

Hi mate ,if you hire someone else why you come on my profile and put me up 1 star * ,you should not be doing this to destroy my perfect professional profile of hard work in 18 years ,respond me please ,this is totally wrong .Thank you
