Cosmin arranged to visit at a convenient time and turned up exactly as planned. He completed the job there and then [had to pop out for some parts - but that was necessary]. He was quick, thorough and did a very neat job, clearing up nicely and even replacing the bath panel for us which was very welcome and not something we had asked him to do. I would have no hesitation is using Cosmin again or recommending his work.
