Lewis gave the boiler a thorough service allowing us to move forward with a warranty claim against the manufacturer. He was friendly, polite and didn't make any mess. Perfect!

This has truly been one of my most positive customer service experiences using a tradesman. Lewis arrived promptly and diagnosed what he thought was the issue and was going to source the cost of a part. He left telling me he would call the next day but returned less than 5 minutes later as he wanted to check something else and I'm happy to say his instinct was right and he resolved the issue immediately. If I had gone to another engineer I have no doubt whatsoever I would have been charged for a very expensive part and labour but because of Lewis 's experience and knowledge he was able to get to the bottom of the issue quickly and had my boiler working without being hit with a huge bill. Really lovely and likeable guy who stayed in contact through text whilst trying to work out the problem. I would not hesitate to use Lewis again or recommend his very professional service to anyone.

Lewis did a fantastic job of fitting 8 new radiators. He answered all my questions very promptly and was always very accommodating. He was very courteous, punctual and he finished the job ahead of schedule. He also provided very valuable advice about our current old boiler. I would highly recommend him due to the very fair prices that he charges and the professionalism displayed during the job.
