What I was told was going to be a fairly large job requiring drilling in to various parts of my house by another plumber, Gary was able to problem solve and fix within minutes of being here. Lovely man and have already passed on his number to friends and family if they ever need work!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an absolute legend who completely turned my central heating situation around. Since moving into my house, I'd been struggling with a heating system that just wouldn’t work, despite having multiple tradespeople out to have a look. Every single one recommended a power flush, which is a big, costly job. But this legend? He took one look and within five minutes had found the real issue: a valve had been turned off! He simply turned it back on and released an airlock in system —and just like that, the heating was back up and running perfectly. What really impressed me was his honesty. He could’ve easily just gone ahead with the power flush, but instead, he took the time to troubleshoot and solve the issue without making unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and knowledgeable in the trade. Highly recommend—truly a lifesaver and someone you can trust

Only 4 stars due to illness that wasn't preventable messing up some other work I had lined up. Good guy, who did a good job on replacing a soil pipe for me. Cleaned up after himself and did stay in communication with me throughout.
