Cannot recommend enough. The works Simon did for us consisted of disconnecting an existing back boiler in our lounge, and installing a new combi boiler in our spare room upstairs where the old water tank was, and replacing 7 old radiators. Simon was one of 4 who priced the works up for us, and even though Coolheat were the least local company, they were by far the cheapest. With hindsight, everybody else who priced it for us were quoting for a lot of "what ifs" which we didn't actually need - Simon did not do this. We left them keys and they helped themselves and did the work while we were away on holiday, without any issues. Honest, trustworthy and reliable, I would happily use Coolheat again.

I am very impressed by Simon and Richard. Simon is a very down to earth person and also very accommodating. They have fitted my whole bathroom replace quiet a few radiators and also moved my boiler. As I have other properties I will definitely use them again and I will not hesitate to introduce them to others. Once again thank you Simon and Rich for the job you carried out in my house. ken

Coolheat were one of five companies to quote for the job to replace a knackered old back boiler that had been giving me no end of grief. Simon and Richard both came to the house to assess the job and gave thorough and professional feedback on the situation. I received their quote very rapidly (the wonders of an iPad!) and felt they were the most genuine of the individuals quoting for the job - which certainly put my mind at rest! They were able to schedule the job in very quickly (a huge relief given the forecast for temperatures to plummet) and left me with a working boiler after just 1 day (on the first night of hard frost in 2012!). Neither myself nor my partner could be there that day so we let them in and left them to it. We returned to a very neat and tidy job and their promise to return the next day to complete it. The work was completed very rapidly, to a good finish and was accompanied by a thorough explanation of how to work our new boiler. Overall, the job was very professional and a long list of requests on our part was addressed with no trouble at all. Thank you guys, it was very refreshing to deal with honest, hardworking, non-wheeler dealers! I would certainly recommend them - and if like me you are a little dubious of the 97% feedback - I would suggest ignoring it - my boiler is fantastic (and I never imagined i would wax lyrical about a boiler!) and the job done perfectly!

Thank you to Richie and Simon for making my home warm again! Very neat job. Simon is a genuinely nice guy who gave an honest, competitive, quote. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I was in work during the whole process but my Dad stepped in. He was only meant to let them in but he pretty much became their stalker for two days! My Dad is not an easy man to impress, especially when it comes to skilled trades. Here are some of his comments about the coolheat team - particularly Richie who I didn't meet but who did most of the fitting: 'he's done some beautiful work' (referring to pipe work I believe); (on enquiring what sort of mess I would come home to) 'no there's no mess, he's got it all organised, he protected all yr work surfaces and he tidies up after himself as he goes'; (on telling me the system blew a hole in my bedroom radiator and my carpet was soaked) 'Richie worked like a slave to clean it up, he's a really nice chap!'

After receiving a few quotes for our bathroom project, we were pleasantly surprised when meeting Simon @ Cool Heat. As first impressions go, Simon was well presented and respectful, and put us at ease straightaway. The job was not particularly straightforward in our eyes, but Simon and the team got straight to the point and nothing was too much trouble. I was also pleased with Simon’s patience when negotiating the work / fee at the outset and coming offering suggestions and tips as to things we had not considered. Our job entailed some extensive building work prior to the bathroom fit, and we had the pleasure of working with Wayne who’s ‘can do’ approach was admirable. Wayne’s friendly nature and hard working approach was welcomed, and his skilled workmanship shined through based on the successful outcome of the project. All in all, we were very impressed with Simon, Richard and Wayne from Cool Heat, and there honest and refreshing approach in a difficult market came across well. Don’t hesitate to book! Unbelievable . Will not be recommending Coolheat to anyone and will certainly not use them again. These are just the sort of tradesman you should avoid.

Simon and Richard did a great job fitting our new bathroom. This involved removing the old bathroom suite, tiling from floor to ceiling and fitting the new suite. Very neat and tidy job would highly recommend.

Replacement of complete central heating system, and bathroom suite. Also repositioning of w/c into bathroom. Coolheat were competent and well aware of the work involved and the sequence required for efficient working with minimum disruption. They were flexible in their working and were accommodating with respect of some work that was being carried out at the time by me. The work was completed around the estimated time scale.

Excellent job at an extremely good price. Very tidy and quick. Many thanks.
