I hired Paul after reading the positive feedback on the site. Everything was arranged quickly and the work started positively. There were some issues with my carpet being covered in dirty water from the radiator by the subcontractor hired through Paul to do a powerflush on my radiators, but thankfully the subcontractor made sure that was cleaned fully. My boiler stopped working within 48 hours of installation and I was told by Paul there must be an issue with the boiler itself and he did not believe there was anything he could do. The same subcontractor who cleaned my carpet offered to come and take a look and he found that the condensate pipe was blocked and he cleared it. Unfortunately I found out later that the blockage had moved into the waste for my kitchen sink and the next day I had to spend a lot of time working to address that myself. I have found a number of issues with the installation. The pipe work is very untidy, fouling on each other in numerous places and largely unsupported. The filter for my central heating is held in place by a length of wood wedged to the floor, and I have found that the waste pipe has broken fixings and is loose and leaking in two places. Paul's attempts to connect the boiler to the old thermostat have been unsuccessful, so I have no way to regulate the temperature. I have raised these issues with Paul and he has not resolved them. I would not recommend Paul for a boiler installation or anything similar.

We hired Paul and his team to completely re-fit our bathroom. Paul was very friendly and informative when he came out to give us a quote and give us the brochures that we could choose our bathroom furniture from. We were given a very reasonable fixed price for the re-fit which covered the removal of our old bathroom, fitting of a new ceiling and lights, new wall and floor tiles, fitting the new bathroom suite, furniture and a new towel radiator. Paul also included an extractor fan. I purchased some bathroom accessories which Paul fitted for us at no extra charge. Paul and his team started work on the Monday and everything was finished by the Thursday. They turned up on time everyday and tidied up after they had finished each day. The work that was done was excellent and we're very happy with the quality of the products and the workmanship in fitting everything. I wouldn't hesitate to hiring Paul and his team for any future work and would highly recommend him to anyone. Julie McNab

Paul and his team did a first class job of my bathroom and am absolutely delighted with his work. They arrived on time each day and worked non stop throughout the 4 days. They stripped all tiles from bathroom, joinery work, fully retiled bathroom, fitted new suite & shower with no mess. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Paul. Linda

Paul and his team completed a bathroom refurb in my Dad's house this week. I am delighted with the standard of the work, for the price agreed and within the timescale. Paul offered advice and suggestions along the way which were very helpful. Both Dad and I are very pleased with his new bathroom and I will recommend Paul to friends.

Paul and his team made an excellent job of my new bathroom. From the initial visit to the completion they were both professional and helpful. When choosing the bathroom they were very adaptable to what I wanted and made suggestions for improvement which I liked. They worked hard and always left everything tidy and clean. The job was completed in 4 days and to a high standard finish. I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone wanting a a reliable and competitivley priced tradesman. Paul's team were excellent workers and always left the house immaculate. The job changed and included extending into another room, no hassle. The extension plus full bathroom refit ie stripping out old bathroom and old tiles, all new plumbing, new ceiling with spots, knocking down wall and putting up a new one and plastering it ready for painting, retiling walls and floors, and fitting of bath, shower, toilet etc and fittings was done to an excellent standard and in 4 days wow!!! and very competitively priced. Would highly recommend using this very professional team of workers. Thanks lads
