Had a number of issues with our Worcester combi boiler and was expecting it to cost a fortune to put right, Ryan attended on a Sunday to perform a service for us which was impressive in itself! Explained every problem he found and put it all right as part of the service for the originally quoted price, hot water is now hotter than I can ever remember it and we now have piece of mind that the boiler is good to go for winter. At no point did he try and upsell any extra parts or work just gave good honest advice on what we should consider doing going forward to prolong the life of our boiler and the cost involved Very happy to find a good, honest, knowledgeable and helpful tradesman and have no problem recommending his services

Problem with heating. Ryan come around the same day and sorted the issue within 15mintues. Would recommend and use them again.

Ryan came and sorted an issue on my boiler where the boiler wasn't coming on, communication was great and after arriving he worked quickly to identify the problem and fixed it. Would highly reccomend and will be using again!

Ryan came out to assess the job, he was quick to realise it wasn’t the shower but the boiler. He was very honest when we mentioned that we had a maintenance contract and told us we should speak to them to see if we were covered as this would save us money. He gave us plenty of really good advice as to what out options were if it turned out we weren’t covered and told us we could contact him if we needed further support with our options. He told us he would do a temporary repair until we got our maintenance contractor out. All in all we were very impressed with his knowledge and honesty and would have no hesitation in using him in the future.
