Originally we were looking to replace the roof line (soffits & facias) with new gutters. After removing the first couple of rows of tiles it was noted that the felt was past it's best. Tiles removed & new felting & battons were replaced. Richard & Daniel were in constant touch & communication was maintained throughout the work. A 15 year guarantee certificate supplied within a week of completion. Would recommend.

We had a good feeling about Richard from our first meeting before he submitted a quote. We worked out a price, which was not the cheapest. However, the confidence we had in Richard, plus the assurance of a problem free completion of the job was worth paying the extra. We also ended up asking Richard to paint and repair our exterior wood cladding, which He quoted and recommended Barn Black. We trusted Richard's recommendation and we are very happy with the end result. Sometimes things don't go to plan, and Richard kept us updated throughout the process. We have dealt with a number of builders in the past and We would highly recommend Richard and his team for building projects and certainly we will use BC Roofing and Building again in the future.

I'm in the process of buying a Grade 2 Listed house and needed an experienced roofer to cross-reference my level 3 survey with drone footage taken of the roof. Richard provided me with a reasonable quote free of charge. The quote was also very descriptive, outlining in detail the work that's needed to be done( i.e. some repointing of the ridge tiles and some flaunching to the top of the chimney). As soon as the contracts are exchanged, I look forward to hiring Richard for the job!
