Outstanding workmanship. Richard is a very experienced and knowledgeable tradesman. He inspected the job and very quickly identified the source of my roofing and damp problems. He wasted no time in arranging the scaffolding and getting to work. Job was completed within a week to a very high standard. Richard is very reliable and tidy. I would highly recommend BC Roofing & Building.

Really pleased with the work carried out by BC Roofing & Building. One of the main reasons we chose Richard was that he clearly took pride in his work - he was keen to show photos of previous jobs and he thoroughly explained how things would be done, which gave us confidence from the start. The quote provided was detailed and transparent, and communication throughout was very good. They arrived promptly, stuck to the agreed price, and the work was completed exactly as discussed. The roof looks much tidier now and the repairs have been done neatly. We had copper strips fitted as a longer-term solution to help prevent moss growth. They needed to come back to finish one section after running short on materials, but there were no extra charges and everything was completed without issue. We also had one end of the tape lift slightly afterwards and Richard came back the next working day to sort it without any fuss, which we really appreciated. Overall, professional with good aftercare.

A small but very tricky job replacing two Facias on a 400 year old house. Richard and his son were carefully cautious when they did the work and we are delighted with the outcome. Would not hesitate to hire Richard and team again.

Richard did a top job at my property replacing and painting fascia boards, fixing chimney and damaged tiles. Richard had great communication from start to finish and actively progressed the job forward whenever possible, despite terrible weather, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend, very smooth and hassle free experience at great value.
