The installers, Marc and Willie, were outstanding and did a first class job. There is one small issue which needs to be resolved but David has arranged for that to be fixed next week. We are delighted with the end result, so much so that I have asked YD Maintenance to quote for another job.

YD property Maintenance were brilliant and did a great job, Liam and Dougie came covered everything to ensure the dust didn't damage anything, did a brilliant job and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

YD Property Maintenance did a fantastic job! Arrived on time, ran through exactly what we had agreed upon, and got set up straight away. Before I new it, they had finished and clean up after themselves. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!!

They completed the job to an excellent standard, but delayed starting the job and delayed returning to finish the job when a small problem occurred part way through it. This was perhaps to do with covid with delays in the building trade. Reasonable pricing. Overall happy with the job.

YD Property Maintenance provided excellent service. They came to look at our ailing fireplace very quickly, within a few days of my original email enquiry. They provided an honest and accurate assessment of the work that needed to be done (also explaining what had caused the problem in the first place). Communication via email was quick and easy. Marc, the builder, came round the following week and did the repairs. He did an excellent job - our fireplace is now fully restored, in the best shape its ever been in, and is also providing more heat than before due to the new fire chamber. We are very happy with the service YD Property Maintenance provided. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and can certainly recommend them to others. Thank you!
