great service friendly people

Liam and John arrived on time, were polite and gave an accurate description of the job they would undertake. To remove the fireplace was a mammoth job but one they carried out with professionalism and humour. Opened up the fireplace and then set about fitting a Bath Stone fireplace and wood burner. The end results were superb and they completed on time. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Top job guys!

Very glad we used Complete Chimneys. I’d considered a DIY job in closing up fireplace and fitting wall mounted electric but for the price quoted we’ve received a very professional build and finish inside and out. Colin’s plaster work to finish is fantastic and I appreciated the guys finding a creative way of concealing the cable to new fireplace. Will make the perfect finish once our room all decorated. I am completely delighted with my job which was to open up my fireplace. Complete Chimneys Ltd were excellent from start to finish. They were efficient and timely in coming to look at the job, explaining what it entailed, providing a quote then getting the work done. The finished look is amazing - I haven't lit the fire yet as the weather has been too hot! Can't fault them at all. Many many thanks.

Guys did a great job - very pleased

I heard back from David soon after requesting a quote from Complete Chimneys - he was friendly and very helpful, he provided me with a lot of information, he also gave me details of his suppliers website and his facebook page so I could compare products and see other examples of his work. He provided an initial quote based on pictures and some other information that I sent him, and then his team came up a couple of weeks later to review the job in person, adjust the quote and schedule in the work. The final cost was very close to the first quote he provided, the job was done quickly in 2.5 days, and I am very happy with my 2 new fireplaces (one stove, one traditional). I could have done with a few more dust sheets being laid down to cover and protect furniture that couldn't be moved out of the rooms, but that is the only improvement point I want to mention. I recommend Complete Chimney's Ltd and will use them again if I go on to do work on my other two fireplaces in the future.

I am absolutely delighted with the installation of my stove which was completed today. The 2 installation technicians were excellent: very skilled, knowledgeable and pleasant. This was not a straightforward installation, but they approached the job with a positive attitude and dealt with everything very effectively. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Very pleased with David and his team at Complete Chimneys. Great help on the insurance side of things, then they actually did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. (Many tradespeople seem to have a bit of a problem with this these days). Minor warranty work promptly and cheerfully completed, no fuss, no mess, no hassle. David went the extra mile and found replacement grate and fret for non-standard fireplace. Excellent standard of workmanship, reasonable and fair prices, would definitely hire again. Many thanks.
