He was honest with assessment I had said just to replace toilet. He advised it was an expensive toilet and only needed a couple of parts and within a day all sorted. Great at keeping me updated as I don’t live there it’s a rental. Sorted and all working. He replaced the toilet, and put an extra isolation valve in , so that water could be turned off at the toilet, instead of having to pull the washer out in the kitchen to do so. He was able to resolve the problem and left no mess. The charges are reasonable and Mark fully respects the Covid 19 requirements. I was happy with the resolution and therefore arranged for another job to be carried out, which again, met the same high standards. I shall be keeping Mark's contact details handy and would not hesitate to recommend him.
