Review left on 29 Nov 2020Rating: 5 out of 5New taps needed in bathroom .Mark answered my ad within hrs, we talked the following morning and I sent photos, he priced job and I agreed price. He went to my property at 3pm that day, unfortunately I had bought 2 lots of basin taps instead of 1 basin and 1 bath. Mark phoned to inform me and he travelled back to Newcastle to get the correct taps then returned to finish the job so my tenants had water. Mark went above and beyond in my eyes, it cost a bit more but I expected that with my blunder but it was still very reasonable. My tenants said he was very professional and clean, I found him very helpful and friendly. We struggle to get workmen in the village so I will be recommending Mark to friends and family and also informed local page on fb, so I’m sure more work will be heading his way. He came to do the job when he said he would come. Having taken care to bring all the spares he might need, he completed the job straight away. Mark charged me exactly what he said he would charge. 100% happy!
